Causes general anesthesia, convulsions, and fatty liver degeneration in inhalation lethal-concentration studies of rodents; [RTECS] Irritating and narcotic at high vapor concentrations; May cause irritation and CNS depression; Liver and kidney injury observed in experimental animals; [NTP] May polymerize; A moderate skin and eye irritant; Inhalation of high concentrations may have narcotic effects; [Acros Organics MSDS] See "1,2-Dichloroethylene, all isomers."
