Description
ACA (ammoniacal copper arsenate) and CCA (chromated copper arsenate) have been used as wood preservatives. Wooden roofing shingles are usually treated with CCA (1% copper oxide, 47% chromium oxide, and 14% arsenic pentoxide). [Kanerva, p. 1091]
