Acifluorfen: Caused severe eye and moderate skin irritation in rabbit studies; Tackle 2AS (20-21.6% pure): Effects in 90 day feeding study with rats include changes in blood chemistry, considerable increase in liver and kidney weight, and tissue damage in the liver; [HSDB] A skin and eye irritant; [CAMEO] A skin irritant; May cause serious damage to eyes; [eChemPortal: ESIS] Effects in high-dose animal studies include skin irritation, changes in erythrocyte count, and changes in liver, kidney, and adrenal weights; [RTECS] See "Fluthiacet-methyl."
