A vitamin K antagonist--causes clotting factor disruption and bleeding tendency; Two patients had abnormal vitamin K1 metabolism for more than 18 months after exposure, although prothrombin time and vitamin K-dependent clotting factors were normal; No unscheduled DNA synthesis induced in rat hepatocytes; [HSDB] See "Warfarin."
