Sources/Uses

A biochemical insecticide used to protect indoor non-food/feed crops; Acts as an insect juvenile hormone analog that inhibits normal growth during molting; At higher rates of application, it kills adult populations; Kinoprene (CAS# 42588-37-4) is no longer registered; The S isomer is the only remaining kinoprene product registered; [Reference #1]
