Occupational asthma has been reported in workers using polyurethanes, phenolic and amino resins, anhydrides, and amines. [Malo] Chemicals include: isocyanates (TDI, MDI, HDI), phenolic and amino resins, anhydrides, and aliphatic and cycloaliphatic amines (N,N-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine, Ethylenediamine, Triethylene tetramine, Dimethylethanolamine, Isophorone diamine, Hexamethylenetetramine); Toxic hepatitis was reported after occupational exposure to MDA, used as a curing agent.
