Description
Care for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled persons in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, private homes, group homes, and similar institutions. May work under the supervision of a registered nurse. Licensing required. [SOC] In a study of exposure to antineoplastic drugs in nursing and pharmacy areas, 3 of 68 urine samples were positive for one drug. The comet assay did not detect any genetic damage. [PMID 20881620]
